Server maintenance today – 4-8 hours downtime expected

Update: the servers are now back online. Syncing workouts might still take a few hours.

 

Just a heads-up, we’re doing some server maintenance today, April 24th, starting at 10am CET.

Expected downtime is 4-8 hours.

You can still track your workouts during this downtime. Once the servers are back online, your workouts will automatically sync to the web service.

    What’s going on? I haven’t been able to load the site (www.sports-tracker-com) in days – The loading bar is the only thing showing up. Seems that I’m not the only one with this problem: https://getsatisfaction.com/sportstracking/topics/sports_tracker_com_down
    This has happenes several times before – I’m fed up with this… Why do you even have a Flash-based site? It’s 2013, there’s no need for Flash anymore…

    I could not login to http://www.sports-tracker.com/ site since 2 days
    Keep getting invalid user
    my workout upload is alos not visible in the site

    Hola. Esta mañana hice una ruta y cuando se ha sincronizado faltan algunos datos, el trazado y el mapa no aparece. ¿Alguien mas ha tenido este tipo de problemas en alguna otra ocasión?

    Hello!
    You should do something about a lag of your website. (OR is there anything I can do??) Scrolling is not smooth, it is laggy and very annoying. I have tried many different browsers but it’s the same in all of them. I’ve also tried on a different computer. Still the same.. But even with that annoying problem, I still love your services :)
